about

These four tracks were recorded at a performance space called "Mecca," although the space itself was definitely in Lexington, KY. The album photo is of "The pickled and dehydrated roe of mullet" which, like the tenrec, are not related to the opossum. I am not sure where these pickled and dehydrated roe are headed next, but I'm going to assume that they are not going to produce thousands of tiny mullet babies. Actually, these caught my eye because, in my search for opossum-related images, I hoped these were not opossum-related. Instead, something far darker was afoot.
